Diesel Genset manufacturing units at Karoli, (Unit-I) Bhiwadi, Distt. - Alwar (Raj.),
Silvassa (Unit-II) and also have a new set up at Kherdi near Silvassa
(Unit-III) comprising a state-of-the-art plant of Pumpset manufacturing
along with excellent testing facility with higher rating genset and all
kinds of LT control panels manufacturing.
It has been
established on a sprawling area of 9 acres plot, which brings us much
closer to our valued customers to provide quality products and helps us
in strengthening our commitment to them. All three manufacturing plants
are ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 & BS EN 14001:2004 certified.

Karoli- Unit 1
Over
17 acres of land and 2,50,000 square feet of covered space. It is
specifically created to produce pump sets, control panels and Gensets.
The Karoli unit has a production capacity of over 12,000 pumpsets and a
pump system test capacity of up to 450 KW A. It has a 90,000-square-foot
facility dedicated only to storage and 1,00,000 sq. ft. for instant
expansion space. In addition, 7 acres of land is available for expansion
alongside an inventory control system with 4800 pallet locations.
SILVASSA- Unit 2
It
is designed to produce a maximum of 600 canopies every month. We have
already met our monthly goal of 450 Silent DG sets. This facility has
been recognized as among the finest in the Genset business because of
its unique testing capabilities.
KHERDI- Unit 3
The
Kherdi plant is filled with cutting-edge technologies for silent diesel
generators, and pump sets production. Using an international-standard
testing unit, we produce many perfect products every month. It is the
most advanced facility in Kherdi, with the best pump sets, silent Diesel
gensets and control panels worldwide. Each month, this facility can
turn out up to 450 pumpsets and 300 Silent DG sets (160 kva and above).
Total Manufacturing Capacity is 1050 nos. Silent DG sets per month
Pumpset Manufacturing Unit -Kheradi Plant
We
have Pumpset testing facility as per international standard that has
ultra modern equipped MCCB Panels and control desk horizantal water of
45000ltrs with single line operation from suctions delivery .
We

single line delivery with suction delivery.
